Chestnut Vacations will make reasonable efforts to arrange accommodations and travel reservations that align with your requested dates, subject to availability. Travelers are encouraged to submit reservation requests at least 60 days prior to their anticipated departure. Availability may be more limited during holidays, peak seasons, and other high-demand periods, and additional charges may apply to travel during these dates.

Chestnut Vacations provides travel planning and reservation services and does not control the operations of independent travel suppliers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, altered schedules, resort closures, changes to cruise itineraries, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, government actions, supplier insolvency, or other events outside our reasonable control. If a confirmed component of a trip becomes unavailable, comparable accommodations, transportation, or other travel arrangements may be substituted when necessary.

Each traveler is responsible for obtaining and maintaining the documentation required for their trip. Depending on the destination and method of travel, this may include a valid passport, visa, proof of citizenship, vaccination documentation, or other records required by governments or transportation providers. Because entry and documentation requirements can change, travelers are responsible for confirming current requirements before departure.

Unless specifically included as part of the purchased travel package, travelers are responsible for costs associated with transportation to and from departure points, meals, gratuities, personal purchases, optional activities and excursions, travel insurance, baggage charges, applicable taxes, government fees, and other incidental expenses incurred during travel.

All required payments must be received by the payment deadlines communicated during the booking process. If the outstanding balance is not paid by the applicable final payment date, the travel supplier may cancel the reservation. Cancellation charges, forfeited deposits, or other penalties may apply.

Changes made to a reservation after it has been confirmed may result in administrative charges and additional fees assessed by the applicable travel supplier. Cancellation policies and penalties vary according to the supplier, destination, reservation type, and amount of time remaining before departure. Some travel arrangements may become partially or entirely non-refundable once confirmed.

Vacation certificates, promotional packages, travel credits, and special offers are governed by the individual conditions and expiration dates associated with each promotion unless stated otherwise. Unless specifically permitted by the applicable offer, promotional benefits have no cash redemption value and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Once travel arrangements are finalized, Chestnut Vacations will provide the applicable confirmations, itinerary information, and available supplier documentation. Travelers are responsible for reviewing these materials promptly and should contact Chestnut Vacations as soon as possible if any information appears incorrect or inconsistent with the confirmed reservation.

Where provided by applicable federal or state law, travelers may have certain cancellation rights based on the travel package purchased and the policies of the applicable supplier. Cancellation requests must be provided to Chestnut Vacations in writing within any cancellation period established by the travel agreement or applicable booking terms.

Travelers should rely on these written terms, their travel agreement, and applicable supplier conditions rather than verbal statements that are inconsistent with those documents. Reservations may also be governed by additional terms established by airlines, cruise lines, resorts, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, and other independent travel providers.\
